Lil Kim Disses Nicki Minaj: "She must be the the stupid hoe"! Oh dear...here we go again...*eyes rolling* (Video)

Okay, i know i'm late n' all, but i've been meaning to blog this since last week, and i happen to find this "expired news" interesting enough to still want it on my blog. Yeah...i know...lol!

It is no secret that Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj have been engaged in an ongoing feud right from when the latter popped onto the scene and gained instant popularity. Anyway, below is the exact account of what happened last week on Bravo TV's "Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen".

During a show segment called "Plead the Fifth," where the guest can only plead the fifth once, the Queen Bee sent a few more shots towards Minaj.

In response to a question that was posed about who she felt was the most overrated artist of today, Lil Kim first referred to Minaj as "Fire Marshall Bill", Jim Carrey's character in the movie, In Living Color. This was obviously a shot at Nicki's exaggerated facial expressions and voice in some of her songs and videos.
Another guest on the show, MSNBC's Willie Geist, also chimed in asking how Kim felt about Minaj's Grammy performance. To this, she replied, "Who is that? Who?! I didn't see it. It just slipped passed me."
Lil Kim however eventually acknowledged her feelings towards Nicki Minaj when Andy Cohen followed up with a question about her thoughts on Nicki's song, "Stupid Hoe:" Smiling, Kim replied sarcastically, "I'm pretty sure I feel the way the same way everybody else feels right about now. If you have to make a song called 'Stupid Hoe,' you must be the stupid hoe."
Hmmm...didn't Foxy Brown do the same thing to Lil Kim when she burst onto the scene years ago, instantly dethroning her? And now Kim is doing the same thing to Minaj. Okay, let's keep an eye on this vicious circle and see who Minaj will be dissing in future...although i suspect her punchline will be, "she ate the box"! Erm...if you're confused, you can find the video of a "pre-surgery" and "pre-bleached" Nicki Minaj on You Tube talking about "eating the box"! Lmao! TMI Noni!!!

Truly Lovely Patisserie & Dessert Café Boss, Liz Akan, Wows Again With Her New Ace Cake Designs Including LV, Ralph Lauren, etc. (Photos)

Bible, Louis Vuitton handbag & sunglasses. (All cake)

In case you missed my first post on the beautiful and talented Liz Akan, please click on this link, which also has her contact information and everything else you need to know: Liz Akan's Amazing Talent

The first time i introduced Liz Akan's cakes here, it caused pandemonium, as i was bombarded with emails and phone calls. The demand was so crazy, especially as it was almost Christmas period.

Nene, as Liz is fondly called, is a force to be reckoned with in this business. I promise, i have NEVER seen any cake designs that are as unique as hers. It takes a true artist to create designs with such skills as she does.

Nene includes so much detail in some of these designs, using just cake, icing sugar, or any sweet that is appropriate for the design. I sincerely cannot fathom how she can achieve this feat without using artificial props! She is simply an ACE!!!

If the first set of designs that you saw in my first post made your jaw drop, then these ones will surely leave you gasping for air! Check them out:
Polo by Ralph Lauren
Bridal Shower Corset
Naija Princess
Traditional Marriage
Moet Champagne in a bucket. (Mints used as ice cubes; the rest is cake)

Coco, Ice T's Glamour Model Wife, Responds To Critics On Twitter, About Naked Photo Of Herself In Bed With Her Nephew.

Last week, Ice T’s wife, Coco, tweeted a photo of herself completely naked while lying in bed with her sister’s baby and understandably, this caused a huge uproar. People not only bashed her saying it was inappropriate for her to be lying naked with a child (especially one that’s not her own), but to tweet the photo is a borderline crime.

Afterward, Coco jumped on Twitter to defend herself and the photo thus:
“Wow! I need to take a moment & speak my mind about the pic I posted with my nephew that people are making it a bigger thing than it is. I took the pic down because people were twisting the story & makin it into something that wasn’t.I’m gonna repost so u can see 4 yourselves.
At 1 am I was sleeping with my sisters baby (the one I help delivered on my show) I had no clothes on because that’s how I sleep….. It was a beautiful, natural moment..I had no makeup on just caring for my nephew & my sister saw how precious the moment was & took a pic…..
When I look at the pic I see how I love to spend time with my family in a nurturing way but people turned it into a gross thing…… Shame on all of u..Since when is naked gross! Its completely natural! That's how we were born, plus my family knows me and accepts me for that. I think its funny how a simple pic can start such an up-roar.
“I done w/ this subject! My sister loves that I’m so loving & affectionate w/her kids.I have none so I spoil them. She’s Ok w/it.This is the pic that people were talkin about with me & my sisters baby. This is such a beautiful, sweet & natural sight…”

Well, i hear you Coco and while feeling comfortable with your nudity n' all is your prerogative, you have to understand that the outrage of the public is not misplaced. Ever heard of PAEDOPHILES? Huh? They get off on photos like the one you posted and trust me...it ain't YOUR NAKEDNESS that these sick freaks get off on. If you still don't get it, hit Google and search for the word, PAEDOPHILE. Get it? Tu comprende? Capiche?

Sorry y'all, i am not posting the uncensored photo on my blog. I am an NSPCC campaigner and i stand with the outraged public on this.

Warri - Delta State: Father Flogs 5 Year Old Daughter To Death

Mother after she was beaten by Becklin and Bethel Okoro inset

A five-year old girl named Bethel Okoro, a kindergarten pupil of Holy Cross School, Warri, Delta State, was allegedly flogged to death by her father, Becklin Okoro, an ambulance driver with the state-owned Warri Central Hospital, last week, in Delta State.

The girl's father was said to have been angered when he found out that Bethel had visited her mother at No. 22 Numa Mejeyi Street, Iyara in Warri, after she closed from school. Her mother (pictured above with late Bethel) had left home because of the beatings she constantly got from her husband.

Samuel L. Jackson Covers Ebony

Samuel L. Jackson tells Ebony

“I voted for Barack because he was black cause that’s why other folks vote for other people — because they look like them. That’s American politics, pure and simple. Obama’s message didn’t mean sh*t to me. I just hoped he would do some of what he said he was gonna do.

I know politicians say sh*t; they lie because they want to get elected…When it comes down to it, they wouldn’t have elected a n*gga. Because, what’s a n*gga? A n*gga is scary.

Obama ain’t scary at all. N*ggas don’t have beers at the White House. N*ggas don’t let some white dude, while you in the middle of a speech, call [him] a liar. A n*gga would have stopped the meeting right there and said, ‘Who the f*ck said that?’ I hope Obama gets scary in the next four years, ’cuz he ain’t gotta worry about getting re-elected.”

“I just met her Thursday. I was really nervous. We were at Kelly Price’s pre-Grammy party, and I was battling if I wanted to go over there because she is such an icon and such an inspiration to me. And I went over and I thanked her for letting us use her music and entrusting it with us on Glee. And she said, ‘What show are you on, baby?’ And I said Glee. And she said you’re welcome. And she rubbed my hand and said ‘God bless you.’”

Capital FEMI is a name that has become a household brand in the Nigerian entertainment industry. After emerging the winner in a category that had great artistes such as BEZ, TIMI DAKOLO and DAREY as nominees, it’s no doubt that Capital FEMI has what it takes to make an impact in the entertainment industry.

FEMI came home to Nigeria in October 2009 with a song Never Felt a Love and a lot of fire burning in his veins to conquer the Nigerian market. Since then he has dropped “Mapami” ft. Ego, Baby I got it (money, money, money) ft. Eedris Abdul Kareem.

GET LOW is delivered in a rhythmic sing along beat that is peculiar to F.E.M.I, from the intro of the song it is clear that its purpose is to make one forget their worries and sway to the rhythm, dancing and rocking away. The chorus is distinctive and can only be classified as brilliant for the methodological combination of beats.

Bill Clinton And Cherie Blair In Nigeria For This Day Awards

The wife of former British Prime Minister and distinguished Queen’s Counsel, Cherie Blair, arrived on Sunday (Feb 12) from the United Kingdom, as the special guest speaker at the 17th THISDAY Annual Awards, scheduled to take place on Monday evening, at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Mrs. Blair arrived ahead of former United States President, Bill Clinton, who is expected to arrive today (Feb 13) to headline the awards ceremony, deliver the keynote lecture and hand out awards to this year’s recipients, alongside Mrs. Blair.

Mrs. Blair arrived on board a British Airways flight from London, which landed in Lagos at 6.23pm and after security formalities, faced a barrage of photographers at the departure hall at 7.15 pm, accompanied by a retinue of aides.

Clad in a simple striped black turtle neck sweatshirt and white pants, Mrs. Blair looked relaxed and walked casually like one very familiar with her environment.

Before she boarded a Land Cruiser sports utility vehicle in a motorcade that whisked her away from the airport, the wife of the former British PM, took time to exchange pleasantries with everyone that facilitated her arrival at the airport.

Bill Clinton and Cherie Blair will feature prominently in this year’s awards, which will honour 55 Nigerian women of distinction and 25 other Nigerians who have distinguished themselves in their various spheres of endeavour as Lifetime Achievement honorees.

Cherie Blair is a leading human rights lawyer and a passionate campaigner for women's equality across the world. Her determination to help women overcome prejudice has seen her visit and speak in many countries.

She also actively promotes work-life balance policies, having herself experienced the pressures of combining a demanding career with being the wife of Tony Blair and a mother of four.

There was nothing in Cherie Blair’s background to suggest such a distinguished career. Having being brought up by a single mother in a modest home in Liverpool, she was the first member of her family to attend university. But having won a place at the London School of Economics, she graduated with first class honours in law and went on to top her class in her Bar examinations.

She met and married Tony Blair in 1980 when they were both lawyers. They have four children and their  youngest, Leo, is the first child born to a serving prime minister for over a century.

Cherie Blair combined her legal career with raising her family and in 1995, was appointed Queen’s Counsel (post-nominal QC). This particular appointment is highly respected, as only barristers in the UK who, having practised law for at least ten years, are given the honour on the recommendation of the lord chancellor, to earn the right to wear silk gown ('takes silk' as it is called) and take precedence over other barristers in the court. A similar honour makes an attorney 'senior counsel' in British commonwealth countries. In the US, no such distinction is made or honour bestowed. She specialises in employment and human rights law and is regularly asked to appear in courts abroad. She also serves as a part-time judge.

William (Bill) Jefferson Clinton was the first president on the platform of the Democratic Party, in six decades, to be elected twice – first in 1992 and then in 1996. Under his leadership, the country enjoyed the strongest economy in a generation and the longest economic expansion in U.S. history, including the creation of more than 22 million jobs.

After leaving the White House, President Clinton established the William J. Clinton Foundation, with the mission to strengthen the capacity of people in the US and throughout the world, to meet the challenges of global interdependence. Today the Foundation has staff and volunteers around the world working to improve lives through several initiatives, including the Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative (now the Clinton Health Access Initiative, a separate non-profit organisation) which is helping two million people living with HIV/AIDS access life saving drugs.

Other initiatives, including the Clinton Climate Initiative, the Clinton Hunter Development Initiative and the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative, are applying a business-oriented approach worldwide, to fight climate change and develop sustainable economic growth in Africa and Latin America.

Meanwhile, the 80s funk and R&B U.S. based group, Earth Wind and Fire, which was supposed to perform at the awards, will no longer be performing as planned. Their performance, according to their handlers, has been postponed due to logistics and scheduling issues.

Adele For Vogue, March 2012 Edition

Adele is Vogue's March 2012 cover girl!

After rumours floated through Women's Wear Daily and across the web for over a month, the cover everyone's been waiting for has arrived. Spotted on Fashin, the coveted March cover features Adele with strong, liquid-lined eyes and voluminous hair, leaning towards the camera with a healthy dose of cleavage on display.

Particularly after dealing with Karl Lagerfeld's blithely insensitive comments regarding her appearance earlier this week, Adele's selection by Anna Wintour and her stylish ilk affirms the crooner's place in the exclusive fashion crowd.

Kelly Rowland Shows Off Her Boobs, Talks About Her ‘Good Man' & Collaborating With Lil Wayne On Chelsea Lately Show.

Excerpts and video of the interview below:

I saw him at a [Miami] Heat game and I told him I had a song. I went to the studio, played him the song and he got on it.
Sometimes, I don’t know if you guys know, but artists will be a little bit difficult when it comes to getting on songs. You go through that Hollywood stuff. I don’t like that and he just did it.
