The official Mr & Miss Nigeria UK Beauty Pageant is taking over London this October 2014. Aimed at empowering and enriching the Nigerian culture in the UK, the Mr & Miss Nigeria UK pageant and showcase has been scheduled to take place especially in October in celebration of the Nigerian Independence.
The beauty pageant is held in support of Earth’s Heaven Care Foundation, a non-profit, youth led organization involved and poised to promote creativity and enterprise development among less-privileged and vulnerable teenagers in Nigeria. Mr & Miss Nigeria UK aims to help further develop Nigeria and bring awareness to its underlining issues, and will serve to connect British born and raised Nigerians with their heritage back home.
Applications for the chance to be crowned Mr & Miss Nigeria UK are now officially open, with auditions to be helwd from April to June and public voting for the pageant finalists to begin in July 2014. The final pageant show will see the six males and six females with the most public votes compete for the title of Mr & Miss Nigeria UK 2014.
Presented by Vir2uous Limited, the official Mr & Miss Nigeria UK pageant is an innovative, unique and one-of-a-kind pageant and showcase, this event will be supported by African media and publishing stalwarts 360 Nobs and FAB Magazine, as well as model management company Serenity London and bespoke urban fashion brand VA Garments.
Mr & Miss Nigeria UK 2014 aims to bring the Nigerian diaspora community together through the arts, to celebrate the diversity and culture among young Nigerian talent and to celebrate the beauty of Nigeria and its people.
