Charlie's personal assumption seemed to be that onlookers would be 'jealous' of his tender embrace with his adult entertainer girlfriend.

The new romance comes after a troubled few months for Charlie, who is currently in the middle of a bitter legal battle with ex Brooke regarding custody of their four-year-old twin sons Max and Bob, who were previously in the custody of Denise Richards.
