Beyonce, Jay-z, Mary J Blige and Tina Knowles attend a private residence yesterday evening for the launch of Erica Reid’s new book, ‘The Thriving Child’.

Erica wrote the book in an effort to teach successful parenting through allergies, asthma and other common challenges that new parents may have while raising their children.
