Sam Dede, Lisa Marrs, Sadiq Abu, Princess Edet and others star in "The Lost Number" An international action drama, The lost Number is the story of a redemption-seeking English woman going against all odd to save a remote slum in Africa.

After running away from a dodgy Foray, Kathleen Jones, an English journalist, goes down south to Ngara Town, a slum besieged by police indiscriminate arrests and once threatened by demolition. Seeking redemption, Kathleen saves Ngara Town and becomes her new hero. But when Diwani (point man of the Foray) comes to Ngara to retrieve from Kathleen what belongs to the Foray and clean her out, Kathleen must go against the odds from her past to save Ngara from Diwani and a Foray striking for the very soul of Ngara Town.

KESTER NSIRIM/Writer, Producer and Director

A native of River State, Nigeria, Kester Nsirim studied at the University of Port Harcourt (’04). After academic pursuit, the two-time award winning student-playwright began his career in film making with 5 outstanding short films in the first year. Since then Nsirim has collaborated on numerous independent features. Over the short period of 7 years, Kester Nsirim has garnered credits in writing, directing and producing from feature titles that include “Stillborn”, “Burning Love”, “Till Judgment Day”, “Rain Maker”, etc. Some documentary titles Nsirim has worked on include “The Legend of River Ethiope” based on the phenomenal River Ethiope in Delta State, Nigeria; and “Anioma Pot”, a docu-drama for the ministry of tourism, Delta State.

Additionally, Nsirim worked “Pa Nebu”, a Ray Power 106.5 long running radio drama where he co-scripted and voiced the character of Eddie. Kester Nsirim also wrote/produced stage plays like “Wow and The Lord”, “Ahcaba”, “Half Insane Half god”. This moviemaker has been involved in making musicals and promotional videos to name a few.

DIKE IFEANYI PROMISE/ Producer

Dike Ifeanyi Promise is a Port Harcourt city-based actor,filmmaker and general entrepreneur. He holds a one year certificate in theater arts as well as a B.Sc.(Ed)POLITICAL SCIENCE both from the Federal University of Port Harcourt. He is the CEO DIP PICTURES ENTERTAINMENT LTD. He is a young man with great Vision and Mission that will revolutionize the African entertainment industry. Dike has produced a handful of independent features including the popular UNWRITTEN, starring Joke Silver, Olu Jacobs, Francis Duru, Bimbo Akintola, etc.

This entertainment fellow is deeply involved in live concerts and has collaborated on the REAL MAN NIGERIA show, along with JAM IT UP, a musical concert featuring African China.

JOHN NJAGA DEMPS/Cinematographer

A native of Orlando, Florida, award winning Cinematographer John Njaga Demps is a alumnus of The American Film Institute('83). John Njaga Demps began his professional career in the world of music videos.  He has over 70 music video credits for artists such as: NWA, Queen Latifah, Tupac Shakur, After Seven, and Snoop Dogg & Dr. Dre. He has collaborated with directors such as The Hughes Brothers, F. Gary Gray, Paul Hunter and Ice Cube.
In addition to shooting music videos,

Demps has a long list of television movies, documentary films, studio and independent features to his credit. Demps won the award for “Best Cinematography” at the 2003 Long Beach International Film Festival for his work on the docu-drama “Nat Turner: A Troublesome Property.”   This marked Demps’ second distinguished “Best Cinematography” award.  His first came in 2001 at the Newport Beach Film Festival for his work on “The Annihilation of Fish,” a romantic comedy starring Lynn Redgrave and James Earl Jones, both directed by acclaimed director Charles Burnett.

Most recently Demps and Burnett filmed “Nujoma: Where Others Wavered” shot on location in Namibia. The two also teamed up for an episode of the highly acclaimed PBS series “History of the Blues: Warming by the Devils Fire” produced by Martin Scorsese. Demps has lensed numerous features including” “Clubland,” “Inkwell,” “The Show,” “The Walking Dead,” and “Fear of A Black Hat.”

Demps filmed “The Visit” directed by Jordan Walker-Pearlman and starring Hill Harper, Billy Dee Williams, and Rae Dawn Chong which won the “Audience Award” at the Urbanworld Film Festival; “Best Feature Film,” at the 2000 Method fest and was also nominated for the 2001 Spirit Award for “Best First Feature.” Demps teamed with director Walker-Pearlman again on “Constellation,” the 2005 Audience Award winner at Urbanworld Film Festival.

He has also shot title and transitions sequences for television series such as “South Central”, “Moesha”, “The Parker’s”, Second Time Around and most recently photographed transition shots for the series “All of Us” Executive Produced by Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith.
