Barr. Joseph Kolo, a Niger State-based legal practitioner and Counsel to the state chapter of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), was killed during a heavy rainstorm when a tree fell on his car. Apparently the 40 year old lawyer parked his car under a tree to wait out the storm, unfortunately for him the tree toppled onto his car crushing him to death.
