Kris Jenner was hospitalised for 'internal pain' on Wednesday, but she appeared back on track by Friday.
The 58-year-old momager cut a very hip figure as she stopped by Dementia smoke shop in Los Angeles' Sherman Oaks suburb.
Kris, who was perhaps buying a gift for someone special, was clad in a clingy pair of black leather trousers and a stylish black jacket tailored to her figure.

She also had on a black top that seemed moulded to her body, along with spiked black leather boots that added a punk-rock look to the ensemble.
Kris emerged from the store wearing tinted shades and a wide smile as she clutched her purchases along with a chic animal print handbag.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star no doubt had her family concerned earlier this week after she began experiencing internal pains and went to a hospital in Thousand Oaks where she had 'a scan for precautionary reasons,' E! News reported.
