James Franco has been sharing some very revealing photos lately. On Friday he shared yet another of himself shirtless in bed, this time holding an apple slice.
This comes the day after the 35-year-old berated New York Times critic Ben Brantley, calling the venerable reviewer a 'little bitch' in a scathing tweet.
The Pineapple Express star made his first appearance on a Broadway stage Wednesday in the revival of Of Mice And Men, alongside Chris Dowd and Leighton Meester.
Apple slice anyone?: James Franco has made a habit of sharing shirtless selfies from bed, such as this latest one from Friday morning
At least he put a robe on: The social media devotee posted this shot from his home on Friday
While the show opened to mostly glowing notices from publications such as Variety and The Hollywood Reporter, the theater community's paper of record, The New York Times, was less enthusiastic.
The critique was hardly a pan however. In fact, Brantley seemed instead to be rather neutral on the play's charms.
'Such responses may bedevil you as you settle in for the respectable, respectful and generally inert revival of John Steinbeck's 'Of MIce and Men,' he wrote in regards to the play's familiarity.
'The presentation is lucid, stately and neutral,' Brantley continued.
