Sanjay Dutt Turns 52; Happy Birthday Sir.
The Munna Bhai Sanjay Dutt celebrates his birthday on July 29. The actor is to make his TV debut as co-host of spicy TV reality show Bigg Boss season 5. The just-turned 52-year-old hosted birthday party last night itself in which at least 100 guests were present at Pattaya nightspot. Sanjay accompanied by his wife Maanayata and tots Shahraan and Iqra, is in Thailand for the shoot of his production, Rascals. Says a source, “Sanjay had booked the club”. He had planned everything along with wife Maanayata, close friend and manager besides Rascals’ co-producers. A huge cake had been ordered, and local Thai food and spirits flowed. The Mo’Nique Show Canceled?
The Mo’Nique Show has been put on indefinite hiatus which is usually code for canceled. According to Rodney Ho, the ratings for the show are good but rumor has it BET and Mo had personality clashes so the show has been canned.
A spokesperson for BET said: “The Mo’Nique Show will be on production hiatus beginning in the fall.. Mo’Nique Hicks and The Mo’Nique Show are important to the BET Networks family and we look forward to continuing our relationship our with her.”
Guess we’ll see.
“Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara” spinning magic at the box office!!
“Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara”, starring Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif, Abhay Deol, Kalki Koechlin and Farhan Akhtar in the lead, is doing wonders at the box office. It’s just been 10 days since it’s release, the flick has collected Rs.108 crore.
Released by Eros International, the film has earned Rs.86 crore in India and Rs.22 crore overseas.
Says Nandu Ahuja, senior vice president (Distribution), India, Eros International Media Ltd, “We are ecstatic with the audience as well as critics’ reactions to ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’. The superb run of the film so far, especially across multiplexes, has superseded all expectations and we are expecting the film to continue its excellent performance in the coming week as well,”
The film released on over 1,800 screens.

Karishma Kapoor: Will make a come back with an item number in 'Houseful 2'
Karisma Kapoor is back with a bang!!! We’ve already reported earlier that the gorgeous lady will be seen in Vikram Bhatt’s 3D horror film Dangerous Ishq. Now, if buzz is to be believed, Sajid Nadiadwala has approached the actress for and item number in Houseful 2.
Initially, it was Rani Mukheerjee was the first choice for the item song. However, things did not work out and so, Karishma was then approached.
According to a source close to the unit hand, “Lolo’s association with Sajid is very old. The duo has worked together for films like Jeet and Judwaa. Sajid and Lolo are still in touch. So after Rani refused, Sajid thought of Karisma who looks as sexy as she was earlier”.

And when he says no, no going back. If you convince me, I will accept what you say, but not Paul. People say Paul is quiet, Peter is loud. This is very normal, because we can't be the same. Some people prefer to meet him, while others say it is me they want to see.
We have a lot of disagreements but it's usually over music. Paul is someone I am proud of. I remember when we had the game over album, and we were to select our best five, I am going to be honest with you, I didn't Do Me and No One Like You but Paul did and at the end of the day, the two songs became the best in that album.

Because it makes me feel like I am in another world. I stopped using it a couple of years ago. It wasn't difficult stopping. It was just craziness that introduced me to marijuana. You know how youth energy used to push one into things like that. In those days I used to listen to songs like 'Rolling down the street smoking'. All those songs can influence, if you want to be influenced. It is not for me to advise musicians not to write or sing about drugs.

ZAFAA is an acronym for Zulu African Film Academy Awards. It’s a London based awards. It’s an African award outside of Africa and its sole aim is to sell Africa to the international market, preferably non-Africans.
The dream is to bring all Africans to the awards but for now, the participating countries are Cameroon, Togo, Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia and Tanzania. There are far advanced plans to bring on board film makers from other African countries to expose their works to the international market.

The singer is due to start filming scenes for fly-on-the-wall ITV2 documentary The Next Chapter in the next three weeks.But insiders say he's reluctant to start work with the two sides at war.
ITV is now privately panicking that one of its highest-rating digital channel shows may end up being delayed or even SCRAPPED.Including repeats, 1.9million people tune in, double the Sky Living audience for ex-wife Jordan.
Filming is scheduled to re-start next month ahead of an October airing.

One-year-old Akshat Saxena had seven fingers on each hand and ten toes on each foot — but no thumbs.
His condition is a genetic disorder known as polydactyl.
Akshat, from Uttar Pradesh, northern India, has since had surgery to remove the excess digits.
And doctors are trying to construct thumbs from the fingers they amputated.
Mum Amrita said: "I was so happy to see my baby as it was our first child. But later, when I saw his fingers, I was shocked and surprised."
Amrita later learned that her son had broken the world record for the child with the most fingers and toes.

Braxton Family Values Gets Earlier Return Date
With the success of season one of Braxton Family Values, WE tv quickly renewed the reality show after airing only four episodes. Now the network has ordered an additional six episodes for season two for a total of 19 one-hour shows. Looking to capitalize and the shows popularity WE tv has now pushed up the premiere date from 2012 to Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 9 pm, ET/PT.
During the first season, viewers witnessed Trina’s drinking problem and resulting DUI, Towanda’s marital problems, Traci’s eagerness to resume a singing career with her Sisters, Tamar’s wanting a solo career, Toni’s consideration of appearing in Playboy, and Evelyn’s dating woes.
Filming for season two is currently underway.

The latest addition to the list of Bollywood drunken brawls is Ashmit Patel, younger brother of actress Ameesha Patel.
News has it that Ashmit Patel beat up one of Imran Khan’s close friend and makeup man, Vicky in the wee hours of Saturday, at around 2.15 am precisely. Vicky was immediately rush to a hospital and has been diagnosed with a fractured nose, apart from other superficial bruises.
It all started when Ashmit began to poke Vicky and his friend Amin, for no particular reason. According to a source, “Vicky does not know Ashmit, neither professionally nor at a personal level.”
On questioning Patel’s actions, the actor lost his cool and started bashing up Vicky. Ashmit wasn’t alone. Very soon, 12-15 of his friends joined him in the fight. It was Vicky’s girlfriend who finally called the bouncers for help.
