Phone Swap Beats Wrath Of The Titans, John Carter And Other Hollywood Films In Box Office.

On Friday 30th March 2012, Kunle Afolayan of Golden Effects Pictures rolled out his new movie “Phone Swap” into cinemas in Nigeria.

Over the last few weeks, the film has gathered reviews from New York Times, Al Jazeera TV and has also received Five Nominations from the African Movie Academy Awards, most especially in the category of Best Nigerian Film. Now everyone is heading over to the cinema in their city to watch it since the movie opened on big screen.

Box office receipts have been strong and with positive word-of-mouth reports, numbers are set to keep reaching new heights, which is currently over any Hollywood films showing presently at the cinemas.

P.S. movie is being awarded more cinema slots for the pleasure of movie lovers and brand agencies are clamoring for private screening for their clients. Genesis Cinemas, Shoprite Lekki have 6 showings a day from 10am to 9pm, also showing at Ozone and Silverbird cinemas nationwide; more details on www.phoneswapmovie.com.

This remarkable feat wouldn't have been achievable without the mammoth support from the Media and most importantly, the ever supportive fans.

“We at Golden Effects Pictures, and the Producer of Phone SwapKunle Afolayan, hereby use this opportunity as a means of showing our deep appreciation to the public for the warm acceptance and overwhelmingly positive remarks being directed towards this movie” says Chaste Inegbedion, Head Corporate Communications of the Outfit.

With this gesture and due to public demand, we have therefore decided to make available, the 3 Original Sound Tracks (OST) used in Phone Swap, which are downloadable via the website (www.phoneswapmovie.com).
