Best known from this season’s The Ultimate Merger, as well as holding the title of the first plus sized model in America’s Next Top Model, Toccara works her magic this October as cover model and featured editorial in PLUS Model Magazine’s yearly Love Your Body issue. Born in Dayton, Ohio, the vivacious & voluptuous Toccara is an American fashion model & television personality whose down-to-earth glamour has earned her many fans.
While a contestant on the third season of the smash-hit UPN series America’s Next Top Model, Toccara was named “Cover Girl of the Week” five times. She also brought her curves & lively personality to the second season of VH1′s Celebrity Fit Club, where she lost 32 lbs. (15kg), & to VH1′s Celebrity Paranormal. Toccara gained 14 lbs. back & went on to appear on Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp, which puts celebrities from past seasons up against new celebrities, & which premiered in March 2008.Toccara then hosted BET’s now defunct nightly program Take the Cake, a live interactive game show, & still works as a correspondent for BET’s popular entertainment news show, The Black Carpet.
